Email alerts
How email trade notifications work and how to enable them.
Coinrule sends email trade alerts to your account email address from [email protected]. Alerts are off by default; you must enable them globally in Settings → Notifications and then opt in individually on each strategy you want to monitor.
How do email alerts work?
Coinrule sends email notifications to your account email address. Emails come from [email protected].
Email alerts fire for the events listed in Notifications overview.
Enabling email alerts
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Toggle Email alerts on.
- On each strategy you want alerts for, click the bell icon and enable email.
Alerts are off by default for all strategies — you must opt in per strategy.
Which email address receives alerts?
Your notification email is the address associated with your Coinrule account. You cannot change it separately from your account login.
How do I unsubscribe?
Each email alert includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it disables all rule-based alerts (trade events) for your account. Marketing emails have a separate unsubscribe link.
To re-enable alerts after unsubscribing, go to Settings → Notifications and turn email alerts back on.
