Managing your subscription

All subscription management — upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and billing details — happens through Settings → Plan & Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal linked from that page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

Accessing billing settings

Settings → Plan & Billing. From here you can:

• View current plan and next billing date
• See credits used and remaining
• Upgrade or downgrade plan (via Stripe Customer Portal)
• Purchase prepaid credit packs
• View invoice history
• Update payment method
• Cancel subscription

How does upgrading work?

Upgrading takes effect immediately. You're billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

How does downgrading work?

Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your limits don't change until then.

If the downgraded plan has fewer agent slots than you currently have running, your agents are not automatically paused or stopped when the downgrade takes effect — you'll see an over-limit banner prompting you to reduce the number of active agents manually.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage → Cancel subscription (via Stripe Customer Portal).

After cancellation:

• Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period
• When the period ends, Stripe fires a cancellation event and the platform stops all running and paused strategies (with position close) and downgrades your account to Free
• Your data, trade history, and strategy definitions are preserved

Invoices

All invoices are sent to your account email. You can also download PDFs from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage (Stripe Customer Portal).

Updating payment method

Via the Stripe Customer Portal: Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage → Update payment method.

VAT

If you're in the EU/UK, Stripe automatically applies VAT based on your billing address. Enter your VAT number in the Stripe Customer Portal to exempt business accounts.
